The terms for using the One Life Care patient portal.
Last updated September 2026
By using this website and the patient portal of One Life Care you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.
The portal lets a patient, or a family member the patient has authorised, look up a patient record using its Patient ID. A record shows the current admission status, ward and care team, the clinical history since admission, doctor’s notes, and an itemised bill with paid and outstanding amounts.
The portal is for information only. It is not medical advice and is not a way to reach clinical staff. For anything urgent about a patient’s care, contact the ward or the patient support desk. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
The Patient ID is the key to a record. Keep it confidential and share it only with people you want to have access. You must not attempt to access, guess, or use a Patient ID that is not yours, or interfere with the portal’s operation or security.
Where you submit details (for example on the contact form or when paying a bill), you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
Online bill payments are made to the payment channels shown at the time of payment. A payment is not applied automatically: the billing office reviews the payment and any proof you upload, and then marks the covered charges as paid on the record. Payment methods and availability may change, and online payment may be turned off at any time.
We aim to keep the portal available at all times but it may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. Content may change without notice.
The text, layout, graphics and marks on this website belong to One Life Care or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but not otherwise copy, republish or alter them without written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Life Care is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or the portal, or from reliance on information shown in it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the hospital operates, and any dispute is subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here, with the date it was last updated shown above. Continuing to use the portal means you accept the updated terms.
